
Looking back on Q2, one of our standout successes at lotus823 was an awareness campaign for LIZN® Hearing Earbuds, an innovative hearing device designed to bring greater clarity to speech in noisy environments.
With a focus on reaching audiences who would benefit most from the product, we partnered with trusted creators whose communities value health, wellness, connection, and breaking stigmas about aging. The result was a campaign that not only increased visibility but also drove meaningful engagement and audience growth.
Campaign Overview
l823’s influencer team identified two influencers that fit LIZN’s brand voice, style, and the target audience we were looking to connect with. Susan Ballinger and EvolvingOver50 were the perfect fit for this awareness campaign to promote LIZN as a tool to boost overall wellness and foster closer relationships.
The campaign, set to launch in May 2026, centered on authentic storytelling, allowing each creator to share how LIZN can enhance communication and confidence in everyday environments where background noise often creates challenges.
Content Strategy
To maximize reach and engagement, we developed a multi-format influencer strategy across Instagram, including:

By leveraging a mix of static, video, and story content, the campaign delivered multiple touchpoints for audiences to discover and engage with the brand.
Results
The campaign generated strong awareness and audience growth throughout May. Instagram follower growth increased by 800% during the campaign month, while profile visits increased by 603.3% in May.
The collaborative Reel with EvolvingOver50 emerged as the brand’s top-performing post of the month, generating exceptional viewership and helping introduce LIZN to a highly relevant audience.
Both influencer story reposts delivered notable increases in views and audience interactions, reinforcing the value of creator-driven content and providing additional opportunities for engagement beyond feed posts.
