Each year NJBIZ recognizes outstanding women in business who are thought to be decision-makers, trendsetters and forward thinkers. Award recipients were recognized on Monday, September 21st via a virtual ceremony.

Allison and her husband, David, started lotus823 in 2010 from their kitchen table. Over the last 10 years, they have grown the company from a small start-up to an award-winning integrated marketing agency for leading consumer electronics and houseware brands such as Audio-Technica, ECOVACS, and Hamilton Beach. Prior to lotus823, Allison held multiple management positions in business operations and human resources, along with founding two other businesses. Allison’s prior entrepreneurial experience and deep roots in human resources, change management, and operations have played an integral role in lotus823’s success.
