CES 2019: What to See at the Show

Resilience

New for CES 2019 is the focus on Resilience. Both a new exhibit area and conference track will focus on innovations that keep the world healthy, safe, warm, powered, fed and secure.

Key session topics will explore water shortages, feeding a growing population, resilient communication networks, emergency preparedness, and more.

Transportation

Transportation is a hot topic this year, with more to do and see at CES surrounding mobility than ever before. What will our future look like in regards to driverless cars, flying cars, and beyond? We’re getting closer to discovering:

  • The Connect2Car conference track will explore everything from aftermarket connectivity, to artificial intelligence, to how the government is working with OEMs surrounding autonomous vehicles, and more.
  • The Mobility Revolution, occurring on Wednesday the 9th, will feature U.S. Secretary of Transportation Elaine L. Chao’s speech on the future of drones and self-driving technology, and how they will revolutionize transportation.
  • The Transportation conference track will dive deep into discussions on flying cars, transportation sharing, connected/autonomous cars, and what the future of transportation will look like.

Sports

With the Las Vegas Convention Center and Sands Expo Center’s combined showcases, it’s hard to fathom any other innovations being shown in Las Vegas. But, wait – there’s more.

The ARIA will feature the CES Sports Zone, a conference track that is sure to be jam-packed! From the 21st century athlete, partnerships, the connected athlete, the smart venue, sports media, and beyond, the world of sports is on stage for exploration.

Being an athlete isn’t what it used to be and CES 2019 will bring that to the forefront.
