January 2026 may seem far off now, but if you’re attending The Consumer Electronics Show next year as an exhibitor, starting your CES marketing strategy today is highly recommended. Here are some opportunities you should hop on now so that you don’t miss out.
3 CES Marketing Opportunities to Hop On Now
1. CES Innovation Awards®
The CES Innovation Awards are open now through August 22nd. Having the Innovation Awards as a priority in your CES marketing plan is key. These awards are heavily advertised during the show and bring lots of visibility to your brand through placements in onsite publications, award badges, and more.
Pro tip: Don’t wait until August to enter. The early bird deadline is July 31st. Submit now to save $200 on your entry (your boss will thank you!).
2. CES Call For Speakers
Each year, the Consumer Technology Association (CTA)® opens a call for speakers to submit proposals to present on topics related to the industry. Being on this stage brings a ton of credibility to your company and its thought leaders, so it is highly recommended as part of a smart CES marketing plan.
We recommend starting your proposal now, as the competition to speak is always heavy and highly credible. Starting now will ensure you’re ready to apply with a polished proposal that will land your executive on one of the world’s most credible consumer technology stages when the submissions open.
Pro tip: Last year the call for submissions closed on August 11th. So when this year’s call opens, do not wait to submit. We are predicting the timeline for entry will be tight.
3. International CES Marketing Events
Pre-show events are starting as early as September this year, so now is the time to plan your attendance. CES Tech Trends x FDDay will take place on September 17th in Paris, followed by CES Unveiled Europe on October 28th in Amsterdam. There are plenty of other events that will follow, but if you are International, specifically a European company attending CES 2026, hop on these pre-show exposure opportunities now.
