Business Development & Market Research Intern

Summary:

lotus823 is seeking a resourceful and dependable part-time Business Development & Market Research Intern with excellent organizational and communication skills. As the BD & Market Research Intern you will be supporting the larger BD and Operations team through researching potential prospects, evaluating industry trends and competitors, and completing various research projects. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for research, and a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

The BD & Market Research Intern will work directly with the Senior Business Development Executive on various projects. Responsibilities may include:

• Researching and identifying potential clients and creating new prospect lists
• Researching prospect contact information
• Conducting audits of potential clients to analyze their marketing needs
• Actively updating lotus823’s CRM
• Researching industry trends and competitive landscapes
• Reviewing and evaluating lotus823 marketing tactics and making recommendations for improvements
• Evaluating new tools and software
• Assisting with proposal creation

Qualifications:

This internship is available to all undergraduate or graduate students as well as recent graduates looking for a new opportunity. 

• Strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dedication to learning and continuous growth
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
• Experience with Canva preferred
• At least one previous internship preferred
