Account Executive – Digital Marketing

Summary:

lotus823 is seeking a creative, motivated, and dedicated Account Executive (AE) with strong communication, digital marketing, and leadership skills. The Account Executive is a client-facing position focused on client relationships, day-to-day account management, and digital campaign optimization. A successful AE can anticipate client needs and forecast disruptions, apply industry knowledge and trends to clients’ businesses, and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

lotus823 is a fast-paced agency with project and client needs changing on a day-to-day basis. The Account Executive will be focused on the day-to-day account management across several client accounts. Their main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic management of client accounts including strategy creation, analysis, and team management
  • Client communication and relationship management
  • Campaign planning, optimization, and assessment
  • Create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms
  • Review campaign performance with a critical eye to adjust and improve campaign results
  • Write, edit, and finalize a variety of content including but not limited to blog posts, social media content, press releases, pitches, and case studies 
  • Delegate and manage the activities of AAEs, ACs, interns, and support staff

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 year digital marketing experience (agency preferred)
  • BA or BS in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field 
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, among others
  • Experience creating, launching, and managing Google Advertising and other digital advertising campaigns 
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization best practices
  • Experience with Amazon marketing is a plus but not required
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or eCommerce platforms is a plus but not required
  • Public relations experience a plus but not required 
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedication to learning and continuous growth
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
  • Must live in New Jersey with ability to drive to our Eatontown, NJ office from time to time

This opportunity is for a full-time, remote position. Benefits include:
